1. Drink lots of water.

Drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day will help your skin stay nourished and hydrated. This won’t cure wrinkles and severe damages, but it can help your skin look healthier and more youthful for a long time.

 

2. Avoid sun exposure.

Protect your skin from the harmful rays of the sun. Sun exposure increases the risk of skin cancer, and causes age spots, wrinkles and other issues. If you really need to go out, use sunscreen generously and wear protective clothing.

 

3. Maintain a healthy diet.

Just by shifting to a healthy diet, you can change your skin condition for the better.  Reduce caffeine, and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

 

4. Get enough sleep and rest.

A healthy sleep habit is crucial for our bodies to recover from all the stress. Each time we sleep, our bodies repair, rejuvenate, and develop new collagen. If you are not getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep every evening, then it’s time to revamp your busy schedule.
